-How long do they last?

If taken care of and maintained, we anticipate our barrel made products to last in excess of 10 years.

-How long do they take to heat.

Our fire kegs to bring water to a hot bathing temperature of 38 degrees Celsius in around 2 hours.

-How long does it take the chiller unit to bring water down to 7 degree’s?

It takes around 5 hours, (depending on ambient temperature.) Bearing in mind our units have the convenience of WIFI operation. So you can program your bath to be at any temperature you desire ahead of time.

-How does shipping work?
